I saw a card last week on Pinterest that Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Tina Wardell made. It was the cutest card using the Elephants on Parade stamp set. She showed how to draw bubbles on black paper with Watercolor Pencils.  My first thought was I need to make a card with the bubbles and the Hippest Hippos.
