Relaxing Waterside Card #3

This card features the Spotlight Technique. This is the shortcut version of this technique. I used the Spotlight On Nature Dies to die cut a circle from a panel of Waterside Retreat DSP. Next I adhered the DSP panel to the cardbase, and then I adhered the die cut circle with dimensionals in the circle opening on the card front. This is a great way to add dimension to your card. All that's left is adding your focal point and some embellishments.
