Fun For Fall Sketch Challenge Week #34

Each week on my Facebook Group Page (Expressions by Lish Stamping Circle) I host a weekly sketch challenge. Everyone who participates is entered into a drawing for a gift (i.e. Embellishments, DSP, Ribbon, Ephemera, etc.) from me. Below are instructions and supplies used for my card.

 

 Measurements:

• Basic Black Cardstock - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4", 5" x 2 1/2", 4 1/2" x 2 1/2", &                    3 3/4" x 2 1/2" (Arch Die Cut)
• Basic White Cardstock - 5 1/4" x 4", & 3 1/2" x 2 1/4" (Arch Die Cut),                                          3 1/2" x 2 1/4" (for Scarecrow), Scrap (for sentiment)
• DSP - 5 1/4" x 4", 4 7/8" x 2 3/8", 4 3/8" x 2 2/3"

Instructions:

1. Adhere DSP panel to the card base. Adhere the remaining DSP panels to the Basic Black Mats. Adhere to the card front.
2.  Die cut two Arches, one out of Basic Black Cardstock and One out of Basic White Cardstock. Adhere to the card front.
3. Stamp Scarecrow in Black Ink onto Basic White Cardstock. Color with Stampin' Blends. Die cut with coordinating die. Adhere to the card front (Basic White Arch) with Dimensionals.
4. Stamp sentiment in Black Ink onto Basic White Cardstock. Fussy cut sentiment and banner cut the right side. With a Sponge Dauber add Crumb Cake Ink to the edges of the sentiment. Adhere Faux bow to the bottom right side of the Basic White Arch. Adhere sentiment with Dimensionals over faux bow.
5. Embellish with Black Adhesive Dots.

I'm not sure what the name of this fun fold is, but I sure do like it!! I'm calling it a Double Gate fold.

Fun For Fall Class To Go Card #3

This bundle is definitely Something To Crow About 😁I had a lot of fun designing this card. These crows crack me up!! I added the crows to a cornfield with fall leaves falling to the ground, and I set one of the crows on a hay bale. The sentiment is so much fun!!
